Cake Eater!

You may not have heard that term or maybe its just been a long time.
In the 60s it referred to the people that were beyond the draft or its influences.
People that sat back and made decisions on their behalf - not on behalf of a nation, not with some wholistic ideal - with no worry that their family might have to deal with the effects of their decisions - enough said!

If we sit back any longer and wait just to say "I told you so" - well folks - it doesn't work and never has! We need to use the microphones when they are put in front of us and we need to put things in the nations head that will keep replaying.

The NaziFundies have made the term "Liberal" a term to move one seat over from when you hear it like someone had gas.
The new liberal conservatives - those that love to spend our money like it grows on
trees and give themselves tax incentives to screw us even more - these are "Cake Eaters" - a great term that has the added feature of easily working its way into the heads and mouths of the Red State Blue Collar type that has so frequently purchased the Bush ticket.


What you could have said when asked by the reporter:
"Is it really necessary to close the five schools that are slated for the chopping block at tomorrows city council session?"

"We have moved into Nation Building.
If we had not gone into Iraq, we could have afforded 700,000 public school teachers for the next 4 years, but we chose not only to spent that money, we also give a bunch of Cake Eaters a permanent tax brake that is bankrupting our country."

Anybody out there know what the daily interest on our national debt is costing us?

The Da Vinci Code and Other Opportunities

An Italian Cardinal from the Roman Catholic church has objected to what he has deemed as false and misleading information in the huge smash hit "The Da Vinci Code"

When we respond to this in front of Microphones or with other's - take the opportunity to remind and inform the public and help shape public opinion:

"The Cardinal is certainly entitled to his opinion, but we should also remember that this church is the same church that has taken strong measures over the last thirty years to hide its child molesters and it has spearheaded a fight against the use of condoms - it has directly propagated the spread of disease because of these policies and is responsible for the disease and deaths of Millions. It does NOT punish the nuns and priests under its direct control who lie about condom use and propagate false science.
They have little to complain about when it comes to lies and mis-information. This book is making the public question the church's authority and nothing could be more healthy and overdue."


If the public does not become aware of just how off mark the church IS TODAY, then we will go softly into a religious nightmare - our judges WILL be the first to go in this direction and womens choices next - these are already pretty much givens, as democrats refuse to utilize the airwaves and say it like it is.
Should we become MORE religious and tolerant of the intolerant religious nuts?
