Not very intellegent and quite short giving them a low field of view.
A backward and mutilated breed.

For $200+ billion anyone could have done better at removing Saddam.

The lack of forsight, incompetence and complete lack of proper accounting, make a great place for all the stealing we are seeing of our taxpayer money.
