The "energy bill" carries some 13 billion in subsidies for the oil companies during a time in which they are posting enormous profits year after year. It is obvious what the Cons are doing for the oil companies and our only question can be:
Do they swallow?
Sales of knee pads have increase 4000% since the year 2000.
Somehow the media and democrats have allowed the following message to emerge regarding the "bill":
"President Bush's new energy bill includes tax credits for Hybrids and subsidies of alternative energy production including solar and wind"
Folks - slap yourselves!
Get off your bicycles and pound on doors - yank them off the hinges!

Get a response!
I'm tired of hearing the following argument put forth by the Cons (conservatives) about the War in Iraq:
Cons:
"We will not and cannot put forth a timeline for with-drawl - it would be an invitation to disaster and set out a road map for the insurgents. We will not withdraw until the New Iraqi police force is able to defend the people of Iraq."
Sounds pretty good - most democrats are paralized by this - staring in to the microphones with jaws dropped and saying things like: "This is an ill fought and unorganized blah blah ...waste of money........our children........we can't continue to...............................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz."
The Cons have to change their underware - it's just that good!
How about something different - like an actual response!
Got any ideas????
Here's one:
"If we set out a conditional calender for withdrawl in Iraq any further attacks will be seen as viscious attacks for no purpose other than vengance - they could no longer be percieved to pressure us out as we are already scheduled to withdraw. We could also utilize the UN to come in after we leave if it is necessary for the safety of the citizens. The world theater and in particular the Arab and Muslim nations would put great pressure to stop the insurgency in order not to loose face and appear unfit for global interaction."
