Ocean Studies

Once again a platform for the Democrats:

With regard to our Oceans, the US Government spends less than 1% of 1% on Ocean studies than what we spend on Space Study - NASA.
That's less than 1 penny on our Oceans for every dollar spent towards Space.
Our Oceans are the Earths blood supply - and now with the acknowledgment of Global Warming Ocean study is critically important. The huge disparity in spending we see here is a further example of the tunnel vision that America has had for too long. We must fund studies that monitor the long term health of the world we live in. This is a fundamental family value.
